S. David Contracting is a small construction company devoted to the renovation of high end Manhattan apartments and townhouses. Stanley Snyder, sole proprietor, has been renovating townhouses and apartment for 30 years. All of our current and previous projects have come from recommendation by clients and architects.

Stanley Snyder grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He taught high school economics and political science in the Detroit school system for four years after which he attended graduate school at the University of Colorado receiving a Masters Degree in Political Science and a Masters of Fine Arts.
Mr. Snyder moved to New York City and began working as a carpenter and an artist. He worked as a carpenter on high end renovations for seven years before founding his first general contracting business with a partner. After eight years he started S. David Contracting as the sole owner.
Since that time S. David Contracting has been engaged in the renovation of high-end apartments and townhouses.
